Cannot communicate with the browser

Hi Team,

I am getting the error mentioned in screenshot when i am running the job from orchestrator. but while i am running it from studio, i am not facing any error

Is the process being run on the same machine?
If not, then you might have to check if the Web Extension is installed and enabled.

Alright, could you check if the Web Extension has been installed on that particular browser in the RDP you are using for Automation?

Could you try running this in command prompt?

C:\Program Files\UiPath\Studio\UiPath\SetupExtensions.exe /chrome

This is provided the directory exists in the RDP.

If you are using edge browser then check this browser extension troubleshooting

If it’s a chrome browser

Before installing make sure you have closed the browser application and then give a try

Try also restarting your machine once after installing the extension

i tried installing extension from studio as mentioned in the troubleshooting @Palaniyappan …i am getting the error…i closed all browser activities as well…still getting the error

Try uninstall and install the chrome browser again.
