UiPath Extension Issue in Orchestrator

Hi all,

I have UiPath extension installed in the browser. It is working fine when I run in the fore ground. But while running in the orchestrator it is showing this error - Cannot communicate with the browser, please check the UiPath extension. Could someone help me with this please?

Is the bot running on same machine feom
Orchestrator as well?

May be while opening as the orchestrator user the browser might not be anabled…can you please check

Try to check the screenshot and see if it is really enabled from
The screenshot…if not then first manually login as the bot user and enable the extension

Try below steps:

  • Re-Install Chrome
  • install UiPath extension from UiPath studio itself

  • go to chrome settings >> more tools >> Extensions
  • choose “detail” of UiPath ext.
  • enable developer mode
