I believe that in this particular case you are going have to create a custom activity with a custom PDF converter provider.

Worst case scenario you can open web outlook and do the recording.Sorry if it doesn’t help.

Login in chrome

OpenEmail 

send hot key - Ctrl+P

Save as PDF

You could also save the email as html document then open it in Chrome and save it as PDF.
