Eml conversion to PDF/Tiff

Hi, I am trying to directly convert a mail with “save mail” activity into a PDF or alternatively to TIFF. I could not find any direct path, could you help me?

save mailmessage activity can be used to save mailmessage as eml or msg file
but we got few custom activities
for more details
