Can not send outlook mail in windows server 2016

HI, I have installed UiRobot on windows server 2016 and connected with Orchestrator.
I set schedule run process every day, but when come step send outlook mail, I facing error with message

the application was unable to start correctly 0xc00007b .

In the windows server machine, I install outlook with license, but it not work.
Please, help me resolve this error.
