Automation of application which was running on remote desktop

Hi All,

I am accessing another system using Remote Desktop connection,
I want to automate application which is running on that system.

I have some questions as mentioned below:

1.Is uipath identify element on that application?
2.Is it part of Citrix Automation?
3.Or else i will get direct access to automate it.

Please help me with this.

  1. Yes You can identify element on RDC using Citrix Activities (Click Image,OCR etc)
  2. yes anything dealign with RDC would most likely be automated using Citrix Based Activities as they involve Image based identification and OCR
  3. Direct access is always best (better accuracy) however using hotkeys and some clicking also does quite a good job in UIpath in my experience so far
