Automating RDP through Citrix

Hello,
I am trying to automate a process that needs to use rdp inside citrix environment.
We installed the UiPathRemoteRuntime.msi on both the citrix server and in the RDP,
and also the citrix and RDP extensions in the development environment.
We can recognize elements on each environment separately but when we try to automate the rdp through the citrix we are getting a message requesting to install the citrix extension(which already installed on dev environment.

Your client needs to install extensions in the RDPs, please contact them regarding it.

Hi @RpaPro

You can cross verify if the extension is installed by navigating to
“C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Programs\UiPath\Studio” and check if your able to locate “UiPathPluginCitrix.dll”

I dont have the AppData folder in that path
