I have made an automation to auto-sort emails into folders. When I try it with a generic email it works. When I want to use my company’s IT email, it does not work. Could it be that my company can block emails being manipulated by StudioX?
If it’s working for personal email id then it should be working for company id as well. Are you getting error or message?
Also add some logs in between to check till what steps are ran or from where bot deviated from happy path.
Hello, I do not get any error messages. My first thought is that there may be some kind of block from the company on this. I will try the log approach though

If using Outlook it could be “Programmatic Access” blocking the automation.
