Hi everyone,
I have shared mail box in my outlook account and the use desktop outlook app in Studio X is not fetching the shared mail box. The robot must send email using the shared mail box and not my actual account. Can anyone please help me figure it out ?

but my actual account is the one sending the emails, instead the shared mail box
did you try with giving the shared email id in account?
also can you confirm the version?
I already figure it out… my account must have a full authority to able to send an email via shared mailbox.
