What is Orchestrator ?

The Orchestrator is a web application that allows you to orchestrate the execution of repetitive business processes by UiPath Robots . Orchestrator manages the creation, monitoring, scheduling, and controlling of automated bots and processes.

  1. Create an organization

What is Organizations ?

Organizations are the highest level of structuring available in UiPath Automation Cloud. Every new signup for Automation Cloud creates an organization. You can sign up as an individual to try out our products, or as a company looking to leverage UiPath capabilities for your needs.

Note: We can create multiple organizations in community version.

  1. Create Tenant

What is Tenant ?

Tenants allow you to model your organization structure, separating your business flows and information just like in real-life organizations. They are containers where you can organize your services and manage them for a group of users. For example, you can create tenants for each of your departments and decide what services you want to enable for each, based on their needs. In each tenant, you can have one instance of each of the cloud services.

Note : We can create only one Tenant (Default Tenant) in Community edition.

Note : We can make changes to our Tenant and Organizations from Admin tab.

Once we created the organization and tenant we can access the orchestrator.

What are robots ?

A Robot is an execution host that runs processes built in UiPath Studio . The Robots page enables you to add robots, edit them, view their status and license state, change the environment(s) they are assigned to, and the runtime settings. Additionally, you can display the logs generated by a single Robot.
