Hello,everyone.
I want to know if it is not possible to login with two different accounts on the UiPath forum within an intranet environment. We are in an intranet environment, and my colleague is trying to log in with his own account on his computer, but he keeps encountering this pop-up window. What could be the reason for this?
When I log in to the forum under my account, I can directly access it without encountering such a pop-up window when clicking on the login button.
Looks like it is automatically taking the business /work account …and the other qccount you want to use is a personal account…
As work email is not regustered and sso is enabled you are seeing it
Cheers
Try clearing their browser’s cookies and cache and then attempting to log in again.
I cleared the browser’s cookies and cache, re-entered my email and password, but clicking on the login button still triggers this pop-up window.
@loginerror can u share ur thoughts on this
UiPath Forum is technically a separate website that gets authenticated with a UiPath SSO login (the cloud.uipath.com account).
To have two different accounts authenticated on the Forum, one would need to use i.e. two Chrome profiles, or an incognito session. Then, you should be able to log in to one account on one browser session, and to the second one on the other.
If you happen to have cloud.uipath.com authenticated in another tab on the same browser with no Forum account created just yet, and you then go to Forum in a new tab and click on sign up/sign in, then the Forum will “realize” that you are already authenticated with a specific UiPath SSO account (the one from cloud.uipath.com) and will auto-log you into that account and then ask you to create your Forum account. A way to stop this would be to go to cloud.uipath.com and log out from there first, before accessing forum.uipath.com.
I hope this helps, but please let me know if you are further encountering any issues.
Hello.
My account could still log in to the forum this morning, but after clearing the browser’s cookies at noon and trying to log in again, I couldn’t log in anymore. Why is this happening? I have encountered similar problems before, but have not found the reason.

I am not sure. This typically happens when you have logged into another cloud account on the same browser session. The cloud.uipath.com session is taken over by forum to log you in automatically, and each cloud account will result in a different forum user.
