Hi Team,

I get this error multiple times during the Clicks using click activity in SAP.
When the click is performed manually, there is no error. However, when we execute via UiPath Click and then try to check manually, there is this error. When executed via UiPath as well, there is error.

This error does not happen every time (happens 90% of time)

Has anyone faced this issue before?

Try greeting this analysed by your SAP admin or support team what’s the difference in input.

If any difference then we can try different approaches as per the findings.

Hi, is this happening only with the Click activity / have you tried other activities?

Just with the Click activity. Currently, I have faced the issue in 3 elements
Other clicks apart from these 3 are working fine. Unable to figure out why

Yes, thats the next step I guess. I thought of checking with fellow forum members if anyone has faced this issue before and what was the resolution

If you still can’t find the answer, it would be useful for us to get the wf and/or the following details:

  • SAP Transaction: Specify the transaction where the issue occurs.
  • Navigation Steps: Explain how to reach the relevant transaction.
  • Input Data: Provide the exact input values you used.
  • Target Control: which is the element targeted for the “Click” action.
  • Share any other information you think is necessary or helpful for reproducing the issue.
