20.10 Orchestrator upgrade - Questions

Moved to upgrade one of our enterprise Orchestrators from 2019.10.15 to 2020.10.0.
The new upgrade for Orchestrator is much different and I cannot seem to add Robots very easily. I have attempted many different ways to add a Studio licensed bot although the closest I have come is having s Studio Floating bot. (I didn’t want a floating bot, nor am setup to us HA - high availability at this time)

Here is what I currently see in my 20.10 Orch:

What I cannot find is image

it states | Robot Management

Robot management in Orchestrator is done exclusively from the Management menu.

I am not sure where that menu is. Can someone help me to see what I am missing?
