I don’t see the “+” to add robots in Orchestrator(Community edition). Can someone help here, please? I even checked the Management as well, but nothing out there aswell

Currently you are in Motioning , Its view only
Go to Management Folder==> Robot
Then you can see the “+” mark

Change the Circle one in to Classic Folder That’s the issue
Classic Folder are colored in Orange
