Write Range Activity not working for Large volume of Data

Hi All,
I am getting a system error when trying to write a large data Data table to excel using Write Range Activity. Especially if the file size will be around 22MB+ then write range is throwing system error. When I tried to reduce the data size then it works. But unfortunately I need the full data table in one file so that the aggregation can happen.

Can you please advise if any better solution to handle the large excel file?

Hi Nived,
I tried the write range in excel application scope as per the link provided by you and it seems working. I will test further with some larger file but time being it’s working fine with 22MB.
