Windows process. This job can only run on a windows machine and there is none connected to this folder plese help me

Have you assigned the robots to that folder?

Please follow the below steps…

1.Tenant->Manage Access->Select your account->Edit->Robot Setup

provide the following

Domain/Username

Win+R → TYPE whoami->copy the code and provide it in Domain/Username

Credential store

Orchestrator Database

Password

Your windows password

Credential type

Windows credentials

Then click on save.

The job can be in pending status as the robot is not configured and license is not issued properly.
Can go through the below video to understand the setup required for running a job.

Root problem: There was a developer logged into the machine on Assistant.
Effect: No “Hostname” to select when starting the job.
Solution: Logged them off, then selected machine in “Hostname” field, and Orchestrator started the job.
