Wierd. Yes Button can not be clicked on a close application dialog box

It might be not have completed Close Application activity.

For now, can you try to use Parallel activity as the following?

Give a try on below steps:

1 - If any simulate or Windomessage property checked then please unchecked it. (As this is window so hope you are not using it)

2 - Try to use active window.
