Resolution for installing Orchestrator via .msi, but error Required Option ‘c , configuration-path’ is missing is thrown.

Issue Description: During the installation of Orchestrator via the .msi Installer, the installation fails with the following error. Required Option 'c configuration-path' is missing


Resolution: This is a known issue with 2020.10.

  • Validate that the tenant admin password does not have double quotes.
Considering the product bug and the previous support cases, it is not possible to ascertain which special characters are not accepted( it is most likely the double quotes.)
