When executing the workflow, the robot doesn’t encounter any problem in recognizing UI elements however, Microsoft Dynamics suddenly stops working. In the beginning, I thought that it was related to the environment but it’s not because “Dynamics Nav” works fine manually. I want to mention that the automation is not based on Dynamics activities, the robot uses UI Automation activities such as open application, click, and type into. Here is a screenshot detailing the problem (I couldn’t take a screenshot since I don’t have access to the environment for the moment but the screenshot below shows the same window.
