Whatsapp Chatbot + UiPath

Hello,

I´ve been suffering a lot to find a way to implement a Whatsapp chatbot that could trigger a process in UiPath and then return this results back to the chat in Whatsapp with a customer. I´ve seen integrations with popular systems like Druid or EpsilonAI but are far away from the budget for me personally. I´ve already managed to stablish connection between dialogflow and UiPath & DialogFlow and Whatsapp but not linking the whole process from Whatsapp to UiPath. I can trigger the process from DialogFlow to UiPath but not from the API connection between DialogFlow and Whatsapp. Is there any solution anyone know? Or how could I find my way to complete this project please? Thank you very much for your time and help!

@RubenHdez, the chatbot connector currently does not provide an integration with WhatsApp.
As an alternative, you can use our NodeJS sample (Chatbot with Dialog flow - RPA Component | UiPath Marketplace) to create a custom integration between Dialogflow, UiPath Orchestrator and WhatsApp

I have built the conversation on the Dialogflow, Now I am trying to establish the connection between the Dialogflow and UiPath & Whatsapp.

When I am connecting the UiPath chatbot and Dialogflow, there are some credentials needs to be entered. In that, I need to enter the Project ID, service account link from the Dialogflow. The service account link is not available on the Dialogflow itself. Could you please help me with this?

Also, I am connecting Dialogflow and Whatsapp. Could you please provide me with the procedure which needs to be followed?
