Move Email - To move failed emails: The provided MailMessage does not reference a known email service.

When I am trying to move an email to another Inbox/“Folder” I am receiving the above error and it is not moving the email. What is the cause of it and how to resolve it? Please throw some lights on it.

can you share the details of the sequence of activities which you are following?

Are you trying to move mail from one mailbox to another?

If so use account field to specify the second or use complete account\Inbox

This works with shared mailbox and not two different mail boxes
