Move Outlook Mail Message Faulted

Hi All,

I have followed all the steps which was given in Lesson11_Practice1 in Level 1 - Foundation Training - 2018.3. But i am keep getting the Move Outlook Mail Message Faulted.

Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

Hi Suresh,

When i am running the process it is showing in output window as “Move Outlook Mail Message Faulted”. But there are no errors or warnings in the process.

Dear all, Kindly assist to resolve my issue. I am now doing the Practice 1 for email automation. When i run my workflow, it shows the error message as per below. Message: The specific folder does not exist It is an email rules practice. The folder that i want to access is a subfolder under my email inbox folder. Kindly assist me. Thank you.

Scenario: Has anyone had the very strange error where the move outlook mail message sometimes works but then sometimes doesn’t?? No change in code for each time, and this has only been happening recently, it was working no issue before. Even in my logs it says the mail has moved, ie it as passed through the activity correctly, but then when I go to outlook its still in the same folder and causing issue as the process starts processing the same emails! As per Screenshot, there is the exception if press continue button the Right top till it complete
You will get the error.
Kindly check the folder path exists folder path should be “Inbox\foldername”.
