What is PackageBindingsMetadata.json in project folder?

Hello

We recently upgraded studio from 2021.10.4 to 2022.10.11.

When opening different projects in studio we get this error message:

The project is connected to TFS and the file is read only like all the other files in the project folder.

What is PackageBindingsMetadata.json ?
