Hi Guys,

I am trying to record a web browser session but i cannot get UI path to capture the URL. The steps i have taken are:

1.selected record>Web
2. open a chrome browser and navigated to my required page
3.Selected open browser

i understand from videos i have watched that a UI path window should appear that captures the URL - of the 20+ times i have tried new sequences to do this the capture URL window has only appeared once.

Does anyone know why this capture window does not appear?

please help!

Hi Darren,

Can you try in Internet Explorer to see if that works? For Chrome you need to install a plugin, maybe it’s missing or installed improperly.
Another thing to try is to select the actual page, click inside the html, not on the browser’s top bar where you have all the tabs.
