You can manualy add the package in uipath.

Create a Folder and past tha attached nugget package inside the folder.
UiPath.WebAPI.Activities.1.4.4.nupkg (213.7 KB)

Open package manager and navigate the setting page.

follow the below steps.

Once you added the package you can view it in given name and you can install the package

Please navigate to mypackageWeb which you have created while adding package folder and install it from there.

As per your screenshot it seems again u r trying to install it through web

Just search Microsoft.activities in package manager and install it.

Right click on that failed project dependency and select Repair Dependency and check it once.
