Getting the text value from web page after which string manipulation required ,
i need only highlighted value which is coming in 1 line no.
If anyone can suggest how can fetch highlighted value

You can use get text or Get attribute activity by pointing proper selector.
If you feel this is structured format of data. Go for data scrapping and extract whole table and try to retrieve the value you need based on row and column.
