Yes, you can use the Delay activity to pause the workflow for as long as you’d like.

There is no Wait activity. There are Wait Attribute, Wait Element Vanish, and Wait Image Vanish which will pause the workflow until certain attributes appear or certain elements go away. But if you want to simply wait for x seconds then use Delay.
