We ran the Platform Configuration tool prior to attempting the upgrade to 2021.10.3 and no issues were identified. We stopped all related sites and services and performed the upgrade. There were no issues during the upgrade process. When we attempted to log in, we received an error that the password was incorrect (Invalid credentials (#MTI_7)), but we verified we were using the correct password. We tried to reset the password but received an Invalid Partition error(The provided partition is invalid. (#MTI_1)).
We also noticed this record in Windows Event Viewer when attempting to log in to Orchestrator
