Before “Attach Browser” activity a delay of about 10 seconds occurs. It happened in another part of my process and I could solve it by using a workaround. But this time I’d really like to know what would cause it ie., what would be the root cause of this problem. Does anyone can give some plausible explanations?

PS : Since there is delay in no other part of the process, please do not say it is about the Internet network
