Unrecognizable elements on ADOBE ACROBAT PRO XI

Hi fellow UiPath forum members,

Good day!

I’m stumbled on this hurdle on identifying elements in a PDF Format document with Forms. I’m using ADOBE ACROBAT PRO XI not ADOBE ACROBAT READER DC.

I’ve done a lot of workaround regarding this one. i.e edit>preferences>accessibility> enable assistive technology support…

Hope someone can guide me this one.
