Unavailable final test foundation - revamped

Hello, I have learn and complete all the lesson in revamped.
I take 3 fail attempt final test therefore i need to wait for 24 hours.
Then i comeback after 24 hours and retake all 13 quiz as require for unlock final test.
But I cannot review the RPA Training - Feedback Form, It shown that i already take the feedback form.
Therefore the final test is not unlock.

I already try to open on IE and other browser.
I already try to log-out and log-in again (many time).

Are there any solution for this problem?
