Unable to update internal comment

Hello,

i need to update external and internal update in jira confluence.
i have already implemented and tested for jira service desk and forking fine, both comments are updating without any issue.
body for internal - “{ ““body””: ““Automation has been successfully completed. Please validate and take further action.””, ““public””: false}”
body for external - “{ ““body””: ““Automation has been successfully completed. Please validate and take further action.””, ““public””: true}”

but when i am trying to update same on jira confluence , comment is updating but for bith going as external but not internal.

when we update comment manually in jira confluecen it shows below option

all users - external and all ecolaboreative - internal we have to select manually.
i need to update internally using api.what configuation i need to change.
please help me on same.
