Unable to send outlook mails

Hello,
I scheduled the processes in unattended mode and running the process in remote desktop in sign out condition. The processes are executing successfully but it unable to send mail which is used in process.
How can I handle this issue? Any suggestions ?

Check outlook is open on that machine?

Open the outlook on that remote desktop then run the process.

Try Exchange/SMTP Activity instead of outlook where machine will signout before sending outlook emails

Basically, When I open remote desktop and after sign in, the outlook get works. But in sign out condition process are not able to send mails.

Did you checked whether you have those emails in outbox folder which are not sent?
