Outlook Mail Issue

I have created a process and kept only send outlook mail activity in it.
When I run from Machine 1 email gets sent without the need of opening outlook client.
But when I run it from Machine 2, email is not getting sent. When I open the outlook client, email is
still in outbox then after some time, it gets sent.

I don’t want to add steps in the process to open the Outlook client and refresh.
What’s the solution to this?
