Unable to save a notepad by using Click activities

Hello, I am using “Click” & “Type Into” activities to add a name to a file and save a notepad. But the file name remains highlighted and after running the automation it’s typing next to it so unable to save the file.

error eg. txt.newfilename.txt

What shall I do?

In the properties , “Select Empty Field”…it should work

when the automation is run it shows the name followed by “txt”
