Unable to run unattended bot from Orchestrator

Hi,

Unable to run unattended bot from Orchestrator which is running successfully from Studio.

I have a dispatcher during first run - This will open an applicaiton (Start process with a bat file) and add the items from app to queue to process further). This is working well from Studio.

Error:
Here when I run the same process as unattended from orchestrator before opening th application itself, I am getting the error saying could not find the UI Element.

I have few log messages before opening the application inside the dispatcher, but I can not see those log message at all, and also the screen resolution from studio is 1920 x 1080, but in the orchestrator logs showing as 1280 x 474

Any thoughts please.

Is the robot installed in service mode?

Did you happen to check the screenshots?

If not installed in service install it again…

If already in service mode you can setresolution from robot settings in orchestrator where you need to activate logintoconsole and set it to false and then can set resolution
