Unable to Login or Create account in platform.uipath.com

I am trying to login into platform.uipath.com using academy.uipath.com credentials, then it shows invalid username or password. When I am trying to signup my account with same details, than it shows basic authentication is disabled. Please have a look on attached screenshot and help me on this.

Hi @msinghal12.

Try logging in using “Continue with Google” option instead.

Hello @msinghal12

You cannot login to the orchestrator cloud platform using the academy credentials. Its a different portal. You have to use your email address used to create the tenant in orchestrator to login to the orchestrator platform

However, if this is the first time you are trying to login after migrating to the cloud, enter the email and clilck on the forgot password link to reset your password. Then try to login to the system…

Let us know if that doesn’t work…

I am able to login using this option, but here I need to enter my Gmail credential.
I need to login into platform using academy’s credential because, to complete advance certification I must have academy, platform and acme-test credentials are same.

I am not getting any reset mail on my gmail account. Reason behind this might be I am not registered user in platform.

It is necessary to log in to all sites with the same email. The integration of one login between all sites is still in the works, so you might have to simply create an account on platform.uipath.com if you haven’t done that yet.

I think the quickest would be to contact our Cloud Platform team directly. We have a specific form for that, see here:

It won’t help me.
Any other procedure to fix it.
