Basic authentication disabled in Uipath cloud orchestrator. Please help how to get it solved as the single sign on option is not working.

I went through that post. But its related to Google authentication.

I am having issue while using cloud orchestrator for my company. I can’t use Google authentication for that

Okay, then login to your mail and check if the SSO authentication is working

OR

It should be enabled from your Orchestrator admin

Hi,

I think the link you shared is for on prem cloud/private cloud/identity.

I am using cloud based orchestrator from uipath. Not sure how or where to get that song to enable it
