Unable to double Click or hot key element on the Tally Software?

Hi All,

I have a question that I am unable to double click or passing the hot key is not performing in CV activities on a Tally Software.

Is there any solution please let me know it as soon as possible.

One question does Click activity recognize elements on Tally Software?
Or does it highlight the whole software

I didn’t try double click image but I tried CV Click event for the flow.

I have used CV Click and it’s pointing out correctly on Tally Software.

Hi
On that CV Click activity we got an option to click double with CLICKTYPE property
Kindly choose that option and try once

Try installing Citrix Environment Extension,(just give it a try not sure)

Is the element chosen correctly kindly check that once or re-select it
because CV click with double click would work buddy

In order to double click, what should I type into the CV Click Activity’s clicktype?
i tried typing in double it does not work.
I tried typing in “double” it does not work too.
What should i write into clicktype?

Did we try with CLICK IMAGE activity with double click

Hi Kitty,

The CV Screen scope or the CV elements is not configured correctly or accurately thus it may be the reason for not working of click event.
