I want to contact with technical support but in the form, I need license code. In orchestrator i cant see the license full version. Can I get it without asking the customer for License PDF?

Thanks for the reply, I know we can access with this document but it is urgent. If a faster way to get license code from Studio technical documents or something else.

In your Automation Cloud account, go to Admin → Organization Settings and copy the Support ID. You can use that to open a ticket through the contact support form
I cant access the admin user, my user is restricted. I tried you command but i got the same content. No license found info. I can’t get Support ID too.

If you want to get the admin option, you have to sign in with admin account or user with admin privilages,
only admin will have the access to it
