Cannot connect orchestrator to Community

I am new. I have installed Studio 2019.10.0-beta 421. I am using the community edition. I am trying to connect to my online orchestrator (using the Academy 2018.3 instructions - but it’s close. I did the following:

1. Created standard machine. (Found my machine name by right-clicking the icon in the taskbar (windows 10) and pasted that into the name. Put in a description and then clicked provision.
2. Created a standard robot. In machine, I picked the machine I just created, I named it (FirstRobot), the type was “studio”, domain/username were mine (found via whoami), left everything else default and then clicked create.
3. I went and opened the machine and copied the key. I right clicked, again, on UI in the taskbar and in Orchestrator setting, I put the key from the clipboard and for orchestrator URL i put https://platform.uipath.com/ and also tried https://platform.uipath.com/[MYURL] where [MYURL]=that which is in my account settings. When I try without [MYURL] I get invalid machine key. When I add the [MYURL] I get Empty Orchestrator API versions.

I’ve tried so many things and can’t seem to get my orchestrator connected to my studio.

In Orchestrator URL provide https://platform.uipath.com/[account name]/[sevice name]
which will be available in the URL when you login to the orchestrator

Thank you. The piece that I was missing (that is not clear in the video) is the URL to use. It might help to make this more clear. In the platform URL (before going into the instances) when you click on your settings, it only has the [account name] in there for URL - it’s missing any reference to needing to use the [service name]. Additionally, in the video that you had posted, that part is blurred out…it would be extremely helpful to state what you need to put in there. (Perhaps this is stated clearly somewhere else that I didn’t see?)

Regardless. thank you SOOO much for your help. The https://platform.uipath.com/[account name]/[sevice name] did the trick.

I am having an issue, that I am not able to connect to my Orchestrator. I have given correct URL and Machine Key, whereas in Machine Name it’s auto filled by itself with uppercase, which is not in my system. For Example, autofill name in orchestrator is “AUTOMATIONTELENT”, where in my PC setting it is “AutomationTelent”.
Will the case sensetive differ and give error in connection.

Sir its not opening anything, with services but with services.msc it open this, and i could not find UiRobotSvc and robot services.
