I am working on a project and the application doesn’t have a test or dev environment. So we installed UiPath Studio and i will be remoting into her machine by taking control and develop the code. But when i try to do it the web application is not allowing to capture the elements and even if i try to i am getting like below. Could you please suggest any way to capture the elements. I guess there could be an issue with security.
Can you show the issue…may be its more like a share issue…if the user directly indicates is it working?

Yes! its working for the user if she’s indicating it but it i try to spy any element instead of capturing the application UI its just capturing my image as shown below.
May be because of sharing and that cursor having your details its not able to detect the actual ui…

@Anil_G yeah as cursor having my details its capturing it. Usually within our team when we do same its working. Is it could be security issue or something? As its a bank website that i am trying to automate
There might be some security issuesor one other can be the details are overlapped…i dont think there is a way to remove details…
To confirm try to connect using anyother app and check the control is working or not
