Hello All, In my process I clicked on a button “Launch Web Console” and it is opening another window of a new remote machine in the same web browser. With the existing all the web activities I am not able communicate with the session (I am not getting any error but when I am using click activity then whole window is getting captured)
There are multiple issues & reasons for not allowing to capture the elements in web page.
Could you please provide screenshot for better understanding on issue.

As it is a separate window try to use separate use application/browser
Also in the webconsole what do you have? Is it like acitrix environmnet getting opened? If so try to install a remote runtime on that machine as well

In the web console its a remote server machine. I installed UiPath runtime but it is still not working
That rumtime should match same versions as your local UiPath…
Also check the troubleshoot
