UiPath studio stuck on 'Validating' screen

Anyone else facing an issue when trying to validate objects. My UiPath Studio is stuck when I try to validate any object and when I try to cancel the operation, it again is stuck. I can move around the mouse but cannot open or click anything. Tried to close the Studio by launching the Task Manager. The Task Manager opens but I’m unable to click anything inside the Task Manager. Unable to attach any screenshots due to client compliance.

  1. Restart UiPath Studio: Close UiPath Studio completely and reopen it. Sometimes, this simple step can resolve temporary issues.
  2. Check for Updates: Make sure you are using the latest version of UiPath Studio. Updates often contain bug fixes and performance improvements.
  3. Clear Cache: Close UiPath Studio and delete its cache folder. The cache folder location is typically: C:\Users\<YourUsername>\AppData\Local\UiPath . Deleting the cache might help if there are any corrupted or outdated files causing the problem.
  4. Check for Studio Activity: Check if UiPath Studio is running any background processes or jobs that might be causing it to appear stuck. Verify that there are no pending or running background jobs.

Clear the temp files. These files makes problem in sometimes.
To clear the temp files follow the steps :
=> Open run from start in your windows.
=> Type %temp% and hit on run
=> It will show all temp files delete all the files these file are like cache data in your system.
=> After this relaunch the UiPath application.

Happens all the time. Just close and reopen the project.

No @postwick. I also faced this issue.
After clearing the temp files in my machine then the UiPath studio works good.
Before clearing the files UiPath studio takes much time to show the workflow, when indicating the element on the screen it took more time.

Hello,

  1. You can restart Ui-path.
  2. Check for updates.
  3. In the Manage package tab check that all the packages are updated or not.

Please retry using 23.6 or the upcoming 23.8 as we have done multiple improvements around validation time.
