You are using a not supported version of UiPath Studio: Out of support versions

Use a Supported version 2022.4.4 or 2021.10.8: https://docs.uipath.com/overview-guide/docs/product-lifecycle

In your version, we recommend first uninstalling completely from Control Panel (make sure to uninstall also the UiPath Platform if you have one), restarting the machine, installing the new version, and restarting the machine again.
