I have had Uipath Studio installed many years but somehow the automatic update has never worked. The version remained 2020.xx. Today I downloaded the latest version manually but I can’t install.
The installer indicates that it wants to update. When I click Proceed the installation windows disappears and nothing happens. I’ve tried to delete every old file to make a fresh install but somehow it still want to upgrade which fails.
Please any ideas?
Even i have faced this , if you see in the updater window after trying to update it will show you error right , click on the send diagnostics the diagnostic tool will run and will show you another error click on send ,therefore the error has been registered . we will get a result for them

Actually there is no error message this time. The windows just closes and nothing happens. Maybe there is some installation log somewhere but not that I’m aware of.

I have read it but it didn’t help as the installation just dies. I’ve deleted all Uipath related files so the command prompt installation method is not an option now.
Think I found a solution. I managed to find an older version (from april) and it installed just fine
