And maybe we are assuming wrong things here, Could you let us know the background of what is done till now ? Are you on On Prem versions of Orchestrator ? I did assume that it was related to the Automation Cloud.

You are in the Free Plan, The Free plan doesn’t offer the Automation Developer Licenses. Hence you do not have access to the Studio Profile.

Hi @Royda_Talaat , Could you show us a Screenshot of the License and Profile Section. Also Try opting for Pro Trial License in the Automation cloud, you should then be able to chose between Studio and StudioX profiles in the Setting section (Maybe after a Restart of Studio). I believe currently you are in the Free Plan, where very few licenses are allotted in it. How to come out of this free plan to community. Before it is directly taking us to community plan right

you have change the login details use another login details and go settings license and profile settings from there you can change the profile type studio x to studio.
