Hi team,
I am using UiPath Studio Pro version 2020.10.2 Community License
I’m facing issues while running the robot in WVD(Windows Virtual Desktop), all of a sudden the robot will encounter the below issues.
Error screenshot-1 :
In the above Error screenshot-1 , the robot has got stuck with the above error even though there is a file in the folder location path.
Error screenshot-2 :
In the above Error screenshot-2, there was already a folder named UnzippedDataFiles in the folder location path, but the robot could not proceed further
Error screenshot-3 :
In the above Error screenshot-3 , the robot has got stuck with the timeout issue where the robot was unable to proceed for the next activity.
All the above mentioned errors were happening only at my user end. But when I had tested the robot at my end I had not faced any such errors.
My user has a different system(desktop) environment where she is maintaining 3 screens. When I had installed WVD(Windows Virtual Desktop) in user system, it will appear 3 screens for one WVD desktop.
Since I’m using only one desktop and when I open my WVD, I can see only one screen because I’m not maintaining 3 screens.
the main problem is when I run the robot in WVD form my end( my desktop) it was working well and the robot execution was very smooth. But, when my user runs the same robot in her WVD, She is facing the above mentioned Errors
May I know what could have caused for the robot to get stuck with the above errors?
Also, I would like to know just because of the user maintaining 3 screens at her end ,Would there be an possibility of the error?
Because What I had observed WVD at user’s end looks like when the user connects to WVD, the screen will appear 3 times(this is because the user is maintaining one personal desktop with 3 screens )
So when the user minimizes/switches the one WVD(Windows Virtual Desktop) screen to normal desktop screen, the user could still see the other two WVD Screens with robot execution on the first WVD screen.
Could there be any possibility of the error because of the 3-screens environment at the user’s end?
