UiPath Robot connection fails when try to connect Orchestrator

I am trying to connect UiPath robot connection with UiPath Orchistrator
It shows “Task was Canceled”
what exactly i have to do

Yes, I resolved that problem,
My system is in company domain and system did not have Admin rights,
then I give Admin rights to my system after that change Bot will connect to orchestrator,
