Robot disconnected

Hi,

I am trying to connect to Orchestrator but I cannot. I have the platform version of the studio. I have published my process, I have created the robot and I have entered its key to the UiPath Robot Setting. When I press connect, a message “A task was cancelled”. Can some help me with this issue?

I had the same problem due to proxy.
